Soul Eater Doujinshi Manga

Still Life in a ditch, in Avignon, among others.

This piece of Italian Fausto Paravidino, Paul Lefebvre translated for us and the Escaouette Theatre, Moncton, and we take Espace Libre in Montreal in January 2011, has an extraordinary career in France.

There are countless different stagings that were created in the past two years. One of them is in the Avignon Festival Off 2010. It says a lot of good. See an article on this production by clicking here .

Playmobil Castle Instruction Plan

Grand Prix 2010/2011 - Reflections

Now that the assignments are published in the Grand Prix for about 13 days ... here are some thoughts!

Couples
It Clearly it is still early and that changes arrivont in the summer, and probably a few weeks before the start of the Grand Prix ... But there's still surprising to see some names on the list.

Firstly, the presence of Qing Pang / Jian Tong: After 2 world championship titles, an Olympic silver medal, all having the 2 thirty, I thought that retirement would be in the air . Present for the NHK Cup in China, it might be a nice healthy walk to the Grand Prix Final ... should they decide to stay. The presence of
Rena Inoue / John Baldwin NHK made me almost fall off my chair. I understood that their performance at Nationals was the last ... and the statements of Mr. Baldwin had been done in this direction. Having all the thirty two well underway, I doubt very much they will be in Japan in October ... unless Inoue wants to do one last performance on the ice in Japan.
I must say that I do not believe that couples will not be the most exciting competition. The first two podium positions seem fairly easy to determine, there are 3rd places which are quite open. With the breakdown of
Keauna McLaughlin / Rockne Brubaker, this opens the door to even more surprises for the podium.
Also, it seems that the new French couple composed of Vanessa James / Maximin Coia is outdated, if you look at the latest rumors that run on the web ... Stay tuned!

Dance
In dance, we can already predict that it will be a quiet autumn for Davis / White and Virtue / Moir, who fileront easily to the Final.
Pechalat / Bourzat the Kerrs, Faiella / Scalla, Crone / Poirier and Cappellinni / Lanotte could pick up some medals too. I would love to see
Weaver / Poje add another medal to the Grand Prix won at Skate Canada last year.
Bobrova / Soloviev and Samuelson / Bates could cause some surprises, given their strong performances during last season.
I'm curious to know who will inherit the place free from Zaretski, who retired a few weeks ago.
I wish that the Kerrs are given their presence at Skate Canada. (It is necessary that I think about my own happiness! Haha)

Ladies For the ladies, I'm glad to see that Yu-Na Kim was present ... although I keep a small reserve to see whether it is really at the Cup of China and Cup of Russia. At least she knows
similar difficulties during the Grand Prix of the season Last, I believe that this Grand Prix will be under the total domination of Mao Asada ... especially if Yu-Na Kim withdraws before the end of summer.
In the absence of Joannie Rochette, who decided to take a break from Grand Prix (which is more than understandable), I hope that Cynthia Phaneuf continued its strong momentum since its 5th place Worlds 2010. She might have good chances of being on the podium for Skate Canada, in my opinion ... and perhaps also for the Trophee Eric Bompard-. Thus, with a beautiful renewed confidence, who knows if we will not be entitled to a superb duel for Phaneuf and Rochette Nationals 2011?!

Gentlemen
First, I was surprised by the presence of Kevin Van Der Perren and Evgeni Plushenko. Despite what was said at the recent World Championships, it seems that Van Der Perren has set aside his retirement plans for one more season. Regarding the presence of Plushenko at the Cup of Russia, I have big big doubts about this and I expect to see a replacement soon.
Is Yasuharu Nanri changed his mind to retire too? It seems only 4 Continents 2010, it had said it was his last competition.
I am a little surprised that Florent Amodio has inherited a single Grand Prix ... and even not the Trophée Eric Bompard, and more. Hoping that the "TBA" is for him ... I doubt very much that
Johnny Weir will review the Grand Prix ... my impression is that it is definitely went elsewhere, and that skating is below.
I hope the "TBA" for the U.S. team for Evan Lysacek ... Otherwise, I hope it will only take a break from the Grand Prix and revert to the National ...
Overall, the category of men seems to be well balanced between events on the other ... we should see some nice surprises.

Until the Grand Prix begins, we monitor the development of lists ...

World Championships 2013 - Unveiling of the host city

While I take this Saturday to get over the excellent show of Brian Setzer Orchestra at the Festival de Jazz de Montreal yesterday to do some updates on my blog ...

First .... the ad that I looked forward fell on June 14 last, when the ISU has announced the host cities for the various championships in 2013.

As discussed in my note of 27 April, Canada had a good chance of being the host country and there were four cities in contention: Quebec, Ottawa, London, Winnipeg.

So the city is lucky:
LONDON
is a return to Ontario, since 1984, when Ottawa hosted the world championships which saw Barbara Underhill / Paul Martini be crowned champions with a partner. It is also a return to eastern Canada after three previous editions in the west (1996 Edmonton 2001 Vancouver, Calgary 2006).
If I still pleased to see a world championship that is more accessible for me, despite the disappointment that Quebec was not chosen, I have some fears of having no chance access because of the John Labatt arena is small. With these 9100 seats, which were easily filled at Nationals 2010, it might make difficult task when the world is invited to this great figure skating competition.
Still, it will be a fantastic event. World Championships 2013 will be the competition that will decide the number of seats per country in anticipation of the Olympic Games 2014. Hoping Virtue / Moir, who are from the region remain far ... the atmosphere will be very mad if the darlings of Canada will win a tenth title.
The only criticism I face this choice: why not do it in a place that has a slightly larger arena??

How To Make A Seaside Sarong On Webkinz

World Championships - Récaptulation ... late ...

Finally, the season is over! Then a quick review of the World 2010 from Turin (Italy).

Ladies
Yu-Na Kim has really known the world championships sawtooth. Has it already been a bad program short? 7th after the short program, no one predicted this! By cons, it was caught in the free skate, which she won to finish 2nd overall.

Mao Asada was still ongoing ... Although she was second in every aspect of the competition. His consistency has paid off, thanks to the discomfiture known by Yu-Na Kim at Mirai Nagasu short program and free program.

I had some fears that the lack of Joannie Rochette is a bit tragic for the Canadian team and their places for the next Worlds. The representatives of Canada Cynthia Phaneuf and Samson Samson, had not a great record to level world championship. The rank that Phaneuf had known at Worlds was a 15th place last year. This was a first for the Worlds Samson. Keeping in mind the need for the total rankings of the 2 skaters do not exceed 28, there was not much leeway.
Things were worrying when Samson was ranked 29th in the short program. Only the top 24 of the short program was going to free. With this classification, Samson had 18 points in his pocket ... We had a top 10 maxium from Phaneuf.
For the short program, Cynthia still ensured, despite a slight mistake, and it ranked 8th. But The free program was a marvel for Cynthia, she did a faultless nothing less! 4th in the free program, 5th overall. I wished her a top 10, she was a top 5! The 5th place with 18 points added Samson gives 23 ... and the magic number of 28 is not exceeded; Canada retains its two seats for girls next year. THANK YOU CYNTHIA! : D

Among other skaters as I pointed out that "watch", we had some surprises and disappointments.
First, Mirai Nagasu who made a sensational debut in the short program. With a score of 70.40 points, she moved to the first rank in the surprise. Aged 16, Nagasu is really full of promises. Since its first World and found himself leading position, has lived a nightmare Nagasu in the free skate to tumble to 11th, 7th in total. But, do not rely on this poor performance to rank as a skater Nagasu crumbling under the pressure ... I think this experience will benefit him and might have some nice surprises next season. Miki Ando

experienced a roller coaster (11th Short, 3rd free, 4th in total), as Akiko Suzuki (20th Short, 7th free, 11th in total). Laura Lepisto
surely has the bronze medal the luckiest of the season. After a very good short program, which gave him 3rd place, Lepisto had a lot of freedom with triple jumps and double-processed that have relegated to 6th place. I think she may thank heaven that Ando and Phaneuf went a little far to put off the podium.
Rachael Flatt was a bit of a disappointment in this second half of the season. So she used to be strong in the jumps, sub-rotations have come to haunt the Olympics and World Championships.
In the Russian team, Alena Leonova is no longer the bubbly girl from the 1st half of the season ... Ksenia Makarova and seems poised to become the new actress that Russia seems to be waiting for Irina Slutskaya.

Carolina Kostner seemed somewhat reborn from its ashes. Unfortunately Kiira Korpi, Elena Glebova, Elena and Julia Sebestyen Gedevanishvili could not crack the top 10. Sarah Meier had the catastophe in Turin when she could not qualify for the free (26th of court). As the World

marked the end of the 2010 Olympic cycle, it means that some have offered their last performance in Turin: Julia Sebestyen (28 years) and Jenna McCorkell (23 years). The
paris open for Anastasia Gimazetdinova (29 years), Carolina Kostner (23 years), Sarah Meier (25 years), Liu Yan (25 years), Tugba Karademir (25 years) and Yu-Na Kim (19 years).

Couples
In the absence of Xue Shen / Hongbo Zhao, the title was more than possible thing for Pang Qing / Tong Jian and Aliona Savchenko / Robin Szolkowy. Despite their beautiful short program, Pang / Tong have not seen a performance as well for free. With their free program, Savchenko / Szolkowy should, in my opinion, to win a third world title. This suggests that
Pang / Tong like harvest the world title in the aftermath of the Olympic Games (Pang / Tong won their first title in 2006 in Calgary). Anyway, I must confess that the title won by Pang / Tong in Turin me less irritated than in 2006.

Dube / Davison still experienced slight difficulties in the short program, cons by the free program was good. But their combined 6th place to 10th place Langlois / Hay keeps 2 places for Canadian couples, prochainn year. The

Zhang seem caught in a tray and seem unable to cope ...
Kavaguti / Smirnov were still assured to have a second consecutive bronze medal. Mukhortova / Trankov showed the best performance at the World Championships in their careers ... which also ended in Turin. Rumors say that Maxim Trankov Volozoshar skate with Tatiana, now without a partner since Stanislav Morozov retired. For its part, Maria Mukhortova would be seeking a new partner ... and I wish 'my sympathies' 'Good luck' to the next skater will have the honor to be with Mukhortova.

My wish was for representatives of the U.S. team. I wished them the 2 pairs are ranked high enough to allow the U.S. to retain their 2 seats. Not only are their rankings is sufficient to keep the 2 places, but Denney / Barrett and Evora / Ladwig ranked in the top 10. So much for John Baldwin ... I think he can relax and enjoy good retirement!

For pensions, I think Pang / Tong and Langlois / Hay bear watching ... Despite what they say in the media, I am not necessarily reassured Dube / Davison also ... To be continued ...

Dance
I hope very much that Tessa Virtue / Scott Moir remain in the competition, because their great rivalry with Meryl Davis / Charlie White makes it so interesting dance. Again, it was a beautiful luttle between these two couples and trained by Shpilband Zueva.
Tanith Belbin / Benjamin Agosto can leave without worry, Davis / White and Samuelson / Bates is ready to take over.

Not having seen the other hand to free dances Virtue / Moir and Davis / White, it's hard express some opinions about the performance of others. I can say I am still happy that Faiella / Scalla have climbed on the podium before the Italian public. The choice of Pechalat / Bourzat return to their free dance last season was good ... this choice should have been done long before the World Championships in my opinion ... Same with the Kerrs and their choice to return to their original dance 2007/2008; excellent choice, but should have been done long before ... their original dance to Johnny Cash has ever lifted.
I deplore the abandonment of Jana Khokhlova / Novitski shortly before the free dance, caused by an injury Novitski. Also, I deplore the fall has been Anna Cappellini in the free dance, which gave them 14th place, 11th overall.
Vanessa Crone / Paul Poirier has delivered the goods and finished 7th. Combined with the 1st place finish by Virtue / Moir, Canada won 3 seats for next year in dance.

In the courtyard of recent retirees, found Kimberly Navarro / Brent Bommentre, who can thank Belbin / Agosto to retiring from World ... They have gone to the World one last time.
There are rumors about Khokhlova / Novitski, since the latter would be bothered by serious health problems. Rumors are present for Rubleva / Shefer who leave the competition to become coaches.
It remains to be seen whether Faiella / Scalla leave this world bronze medal, and if the Kerrs try their luck one more season. To be continued ....

Men
In the absence of gold medalists and Olympic silver in addition to the outgoing World Champion, the World were those of Daisuke Takahashi. And he answered "Present!" loud and clear. He was dominant and in control to win the first world title won by an Asian man. Moreover, he attempted a quadruple flip ... Unfortunately, the jump was not enough rotation and he was not credited.

Among the substitutes who took the place of big names, there were many happy experiences and unhappy. Ryan Bradley went from jutesse free program (21st in the short program), but he was able to climb a few places. By cons, Adam Rippon had great championships for the first time in the ranks Seniors (7th Short, 5th free, 6th overall). Kevin Reynolds has largely fulfilled his contract, finishing 8th in the free, 11th in total. With the 2nd place Patrick Chan, Canada will have three seats next year. Pavel Kaska did not qualify for free. Sergei Voronov has not been very good championships, combined with problems of slats, Artem Borodulin experienced during the program short and has contributed to his crime, Russia has a seat for next year ... everything to help that Plushenko thinks the Savior of the Motherland Russian. Jamal Othman managed to qualify for free, which is better than last year. Michal Brezina

was again a revelation to these Worlds. In my opinion, he should have had the bronze ... but ... Takahiko
Kozuko was a good start with a 4th place in the short program, for any cons collapsed at the 12th place with free free, 10th overall. Adrian Schultheiss
caused a huge surprise by finishing ninth and allowing Sweden to get 2 tickets for next year. Another
surprised me again this season, Javier Fernandez ... Brian Joubert

reborn from the ashes left in Vancouver to offer a bronze medal. At least the bronze medal seemed better filled than last year.
Jeremy Abbott completed its best season compared to last year. This was perhaps not the result he was looking ... but I think he has excellent prospects for the season prochainne. The
Kevin Van Der Perren good showed up in Turin and has provided good performances to cap a great career.
Unfortunately, Denis Ten has not yet been able to offer 2 performances flawless.

Has anyone had anticipated such a meltdown from Nobunari Oda? After the problems that have marred his shoelace free program of the Olympic Games here that Oda had the worst short program of her career does not qualify for free. I hope to rebound next year.

In the camp of the new pensions, Kevin Van Der Perren finished hers in Turin. It would seem that Ryan Bradley on the way from retirement, but rumors say he might stay one more season. Daisuke Takahashi will bow out after the World 2011, Tokyo. Same for Brian Joubert, who is expected to remain until 2012, when World ls will be in Nice (France).

Official Results

This is what concludes this wonderful season 2009/2010. Now you can admire the skaters in the various rounds. Not to mention that one can assess whether Evan Lysacek can dance to the show Dancing with the Stars ... until now, we can say that it is doing very well!

events to watch in the coming weeks: *
confirmation / retirements

* Skate Canada which is expected to announce its host cities for 2010 and Skate Canada Nationals 2011;

Surprises or disappointments:
Will Brian Joubert will rise from the ashes left again on an Olympic site (17e)?
Is Jeremy Abbott will end his season best last year? Which
Kevin Van Der Perren will be present in Turin?
Is Nobunari Oda has settled its problems yaw?
Is Denis Ten succeed in presenting two programs without faults?

Greetings: Kevin Reynolds shows how the Canadian federation it was wrong to not trust him for the Olympics.
Artem Borodulin and Sergei Voronov obtain sufficient rank to allow Russia to retain its 2 places ... Like that Plushenko will stop thinking he is the savior of Russia and a chance to his knees and take a good rest of the warrior more than deserved.

2010 Olympics - Women

Good .. a final text on the Olympics, before thinking about coming up to the World very big step!

must say that the women's competition gave us a few moments. Well, as the Olympic performances are becoming a bit far in my memory, I'll go in the "very rough" ...

Jeanna McCorkell has had a bad time during the short program ... ouch ...

I wonder if Anastasia Gimazetdinova will Games in Sochi ...

Tugba could offer a good short program before his parents ... pity she did not continue the momentum for the free program ...

Phew ... I was not expecting to see Elena Glebova so low in the rankings .. as Kiira Korpi and Sarah Meier. Cynthia Phaneuf

.... but why this decline during the step sequence ... WHY? The program went so well ...

I loved Ksenia Makarova ... And I wonder if Alena Leonova will have a great future, especially if Makarova continues to improve in this way ...

Elene Gedevanishvili .. a good short program ... a bad free program

Laura Lepisto and Akiko Suziki .. what beautiful performance in the free

Koster Carolina .... I think I forgot what I saw during the free program ... was not the disaster as the 2009 World ... but almost ...

Respect Julia Sebestyen of keeping good during the short program ... knowing that it was after Joannie Rochette who literally blew the roof of the arena. But I must confess that I had to look again his short program on the Internet the next day because when she spent so much my eyes water .... It's ugly to be sensitive ...

I never thought that could have Rachael Flatt jumps with lack of rotation ...

Decidedly Mirai Nagasu Frank Carroll is a good thing ... Even if Mr. Carroll seems sometimes a bit taken aback at the reaction Nagasu ... haha

I was very happy to see Mao Asada do well in the short program. I was also very happy when she spent her two triple Axels in his free ... the rest was ruined by cons .. : (The heart cracked me into a thousand pieces so disappointed to see her on the podium ...

Queen Yu-Na Kim has done to her reputation and gave us two great performances. South Korea has won its 1st Olympic gold medal in figure skating. Watching her skate I was so glad I had the chance to see her at Skate America! Her short program music of James Bond is a treat!
And congratulations also to his coach, Brian Orser, who has his way earned a gold medal in Olympic ... 22 years after having the money to the Calgary Games.

must admit the highlight was the delivery of the short program Joannie Rochette. When news of the death of his mother fell, I wondered about the impact that the new and the attention it has created, it would be affected. Besides being all upset by the sudden death of a loved one must face the eyes of the world which is also shaken by this sad event. I say a big congratulations to Skate Canada and his entourage who did everything possible to let in a bubble ...
Anyway, we had that night a lesson in courage .. When you see someone do such a thing in adversity, our small daily hassles that can poison us life seems that little face. We also got the message that our parents, they are precious people, and that life was what it is, they can go fast and when you least expect it ... This short program will be forever etched in my memory ...

For cons, I offer a large cabbage at cameramen and photographers present that night ... I know you have a job to do, but respect and delicacy, it still exists ... So when a skater just leave everything on the ice and she collapses in tears into the arms of her coach, is what may give him space please? Frankly, it's not hard ...

2010 Olympics - Dance

Hey yeah ... I'm so late! But it's hard to follow everything and deliver his impressions at the same time ... Not easy to life fan of the Olympics!

Dance is not necessarily my favorite event, but I must confess that I enjoyed dancing in the Olympics.

The theme of the original dance Country / Folk , we blew the view and we had no right to pléaide Russian dance as the 2007/2008 season. Many couples have chosen dances of their country, or have visited other styles, and when it gave us an interesting competition.

Christiana and William Beier and Hawaiian dance gave us colorful costumes ... while remaining in good taste (yes, Domnina / Shabalin .. it's you that I watch!)
I loved the original dance of Cathy and Chris Reed with their dance japaonaise ... Super costumes, all highly sought after.
should perhaps say to Emily Samuelson / Evan Bates as The Dixie Chicks, it's unbearable like music and do it really under the theme? Again, I watched them dance with the sound off ... (At least that way we Focuse better on the choreography! Haha)
Bravo Khoklova / Novitski for the color change of costumes ... My eyes still remember very striking fuchsia pink they were in Lake Placid (Skate America).
I can confirm that Sinead Kerr made quite a hit with jean shorts. Some colleagues told me about it for days of early British (yes, I know ... it is Scottish but my colleagues did not know haha) in shorts!
Pechalat / Brouzat ... another dance that I watched her cut .. (Not capable of the country ... haha).
Domnina / Shabalin ... Why have announced a change of costumes, while this was not true? Aside from details 2-3, there is not much change on these costumes "aborigines" ... I welcome the fact that they still wanted to make a dance out of the box, but the result it gave .. whew ... not sure if it was a good idea after all. The art of playing on stereotypes and prejudices deep on a little-known people .. In short, it was not hard ...
Flamenco Tessa Virtue / Scott Moir was the most boisterous and they even set fire to the ice .. Moir was 100% in the interpretation!
But I must say that my favorite is original dance Meryl Davis / Charlie White and Indian dance. It is a dance that has given a cold sweat Virtue / Moir, who are ahead by 1.33 points. Top 5
started the free dance with a score of 100 points in total. Side
free dance ... The new dance Khokhlova / Novitski is when very well (all is well compared to their first dance of the season!), although I have many reservations. The costume Khokhlova is a bit "too much" and what about the choreography that we hammered it a bird ...
I still love the free dance Cappellini / Lanotte ... It was the lightning flash at Skate America and it's always crazy love! : D Same thing for the Kerrs ... harm to small seeds on twizzles.
A little, very disappointed by the dance of Delobel / Schoenfelder ... We promised a surprise ... what was it? When not even the mini-shift dress .. seriously?!
It was hard to watch Domnina / Shabalin, precisely because everything seemed dreadfully slow ...
By cons, again ... I loved Davis / White and Virtue / Moir ... 2 amazing benefits!
Personally, I would have seen the top 5 this way: 1 - Virtue / Moir, 2 - Davis / White, 3 - Belbin / Agosto, 4 - Faiella / Scalla, 5 - Domnina / Shabalin.

And I extend a special congratulations to Crone / Poirier and Cappellini / Lanotte, which despite a lot of the worst ... they managed to bounce back a bit. Final result

Desktop Wallpapper Of 13th Birthday Cake

October 1970, go!

C That was the first performance October 70, yesterday.

This reminder of the tragic event, represented intensely, was seen with attention extreme. Spectators are sounded out.

The piece said that militants of the Front de Liberation du Quebec, "from having come to hate all easements," the beautiful poem of Gaston Miron, had "become beasts of Hope ".

Representations until 20 March at the Barracks Dalhousie, Quebec.

2010 Olympics - Men

In men's short program, I did not see so many good performances. Of course, there have been some disappointments ... But overall, men were totally on fire.

Hey ... same skater North Korea, Song Choi Ri, who was the first skater to execute the short program has managed to surprise me. Of course, he did not finish the other competitors ... But he made all his triple jumps without problems. He spent a hair to make free, finishing 25th at 0.62 pts Vaughn Chipeur.

Speaking of Vaughn Chipeur ... I hope it bites his fingers in the Canadian federation. He has frankly not sure. We should have known at Skate Canada, and do not be lulled by his strong performance at Nationals. Kevin Reynolds probably would not necessarily finished in the top 10, but he surely would have done better than the 23rd place Chipeur. Hopefully Chipeur leave his place at Reynolds for the World .... it still deserves serious consideration ..

The short program has been hard for some big names ... Tomas Verner, Brian Joubert and Jeremy Abbott. For Verner, he seems to have something that was "broken" during this final season. Okay, it's not the perfect example of the consistency ... but still. Pity for Verner who had nice programs this season. You'd think he is already way to leave any room for Michal Brezina ....
My heart bled at the short program ... Jeremy Abbott After a good half of the season and Nationals to be thrown, it's sad that his Olympics started on a bad note.

Joubert ... Joubert ... Is there just me who wanted to give him a nice slap behind the head? If only he could stop doing the verbal diarrhea on the Canadian skaters and / or without quad skaters and just concentrate on delivering the goods when it's time! Fine to complaining about the virtual absence of the quad or its pseudo little point value, it is still necessary that you perform well the famous quad! When was the last time you passed the quad my Brian? .. You remember it ... me either! Since when we give bonus points for a fall on a quad? Stop dreaming and talking bad work ... Record at 25, he should stop acting in teen ... This short sentence should be your motto of life now: "Shut up and skate ! "

What unfortunate incident that disturbed the performance Nobunari Oda in the free program. After performing a jump, then stopped Oda he seemed annoyed by something ... I immediately thought of a wound, but no ... a lace decided to give up the ghost at this point. While Oda spoke with the referee, we could see the sorry state of his shoes. Come, Mr. Morozov ... How does your left you go on the ice skater with laces like ... : S

Johnny Weir can leave Vancouver head high ... He has performed well! We could not believe that for the 1st half of the season ... but there is evidence that we should not always rely on previous results.

Patrick Chan ... or how hype can hurt!. I know I know ... Chan has not had an easy 1st half of season: flu, injury, pass the Cup of Russia, difficult exit at Skate Canada, separation from his coach Don Laws to days of Nationals, and promise of a Quad finally reversed its decision ... I know it's a lot. By cons, there was a big, very big job from Skate Canada for Chan lather as serious contender for the gold medal (no less) ... Even Joannie Rochette has not been much consideration ... In short, it became very jaded! Forget quad, triple Axel Chan is also very rough ...
During this season, Chan also caught the same disease Joubert .. Talking too few competitors scratching in passing. Patrick paid attention .. the bashing never paid ... You too, think that saying: "Shut up and skate ! "

I will not dwell too much on Stephane Lambiel. It was a joy to see him, although I have still not digested his "retirement" announcement a few weeks before Skate Canada 2008, event in which he was to participate and I attended! : P Although we understand the absence of triple Axels its programs .. we see that it may no longer be the same as before, because even the quads have struggled to pass. Still ... La Traviata is a gem of program! Daisuke Takahashi

literally conquered me with his Hip-Hop Swan Lake, there are 2 seasons. Her short program, Eye, also dazzled me. What force, what interpretation! Definitely my favorite short program this season. His free program on La Strada was also sweet ... Too bad the attempt had failed quad (plus a falls, the quad has been downgraded to a triple). CONGRATULATIONS to the bronze medal, the first Olympic medal won by a Japanese skater!

Plushenko ... Plushenko ... Plushenko ... When he made his return to the Russian Cup, I was extremely afraid that the judges it facilitates the way to the gold medal at the Olympics. What a joy to see that 0.55 points separated him from Evan Lysacek Daisuke Takahashi and 0.60 after the short program! I'm not a fan, but really not a fan of his programs I found pompous, and no sweating sophestiqué arrogrance the dirt in which the great Russian champion bathe for several years. BUT, you have to give that side jumps, it provides! It provides so much that he committed the sin of over-reliance on Quad ... to make just 1 in his free program. It provides so much and relied on his quad, he allowed himself to do a triple Axel approximate (-GOE on this jump! Ouch !)... It provides so much and relied on his quad, he was allowed to do spins and step sequences of level 3 ... It provides so much and relied on his quad, it has not seemed to study his score sheets this season with her coach and her choreographer ...
short .. you understand ... Plushenko was Plushenko ... He thought supreme master, he underestimated its competitors, he did the minimum and it has been wronged! AH! To believe that Plushenko has not watched the 2008 World ... he should know that NEVER underestimate your opponent and do not bet everything on the quad.

Which brings me to my most beautiful moment of the Games ... Never, ever, would I have imagined that the great Plushenko would fight, just as ever ever, it would be Evan Lysacek have accomplished this feat. It was the dream, the fantasy for me! In this Feb. 18, my fantasy-skating number 1 done! (HAHAHA) Her short program was so masterful, his triple Axel was probably one of the best he could do ... And what about the free program ... Oh, I so no word! My big heart fan was more than happy! Lysacek on the podium would have been more than satisfactory ... seen with the gold medal around his neck is the icing on the cake! : D

course .. the great Plushenko ... arrogant and pompous .. made his little campaign of "Poor me, I did the quad and I have just the silver medal." Sorry, sorry .. Even Vladimir Putin has mixed it in the media and Ms. Plushenko # 2 also ... Instead of crying in the newspapers, there is one thing that the Russian Federation could have done and it would have been taken more seriously than you see in the media whining: make a protest! But no .. we preferred to play the great Greek tragedy ...
Plushenko ... Plushy for me ... here is an adage that you should apply, especially if you are serious to Stoch Games in 2014: "Shut up and skate ! " Hmm .. okay, to skate, you skate very well, so just for you, it will be: "Shut up , study The Cop and check your protocols! : D

And finally .... I would say to Evan Lysacek, lets make the critics ... February 18, 2010, you became a legend! You beat the great Plushenko, while having the " curse "of the world champion on the head!

Last Hour - Death of mother Joannie Rochette

The Canadian Olympic Committee announced the mother of Joannie Rochette, Theresa, died suddenly in a hospital in Vancouver tonight.

Joannie's parents had arrived in Vancouver this Saturday to attend the competition among the ladies.

Joannie's father told him the news early this morning. The Canadian Olympic Committee has stated that for now, Joannie does not change its plans and still intends to compete. However, the president of the Canadian figure skating federation, Benoit Lavoie, advised him to take the day to think about it.

Ms. Therese Rochette was aged 55.

My deepest sympathy to Joanne and her family at this difficult ...

Olympics 2010 - Couples

Finally, a break in the skating and giving a Saturday night ... We can take this opportunity to recharge the batteries a bit (say the men's competition was tough on energy haha)

First, a quick summary of couples ...

Many couples have given good performances in the short program, which took place Sunday, February 14. I think particularly in the top 10 overall in the short program, especially the top 5 which was exceptional in my opinion. I never thought that Shen / Zhao couples have been so close to them ..... them who were so dominant during the season. But that's what makes the competition interesting ... How

forget Amanda Evora / Mark Ladwig who lived their Olympic dream thoroughly by offering their best performance? 10th Olympic Games is a great result for them, hoping they will still be on this momentum to the World ... Question of closing the beak to John Baldwin!

I will not forget the free program by Vanessa James / Yannick Bonheur ... despite jumps that were ripped, their doors are superb and especially the outputs are likely to cut breath (the output of the second focused elsewhere ... phew!).

Annabelle Langlois / Cody Hay have also offered a fine performance in the short program. A balm for the season 2008/2009 and missed doubts that followed. Their free skate was less smoothly, but they scored the most satisfied.

Maria Mukhortova / Maxim Trankov have had some glitches during the short, with a fall on a jump Trankov coast to coast. I expected a look of death from Mukhortova ... but no, she has displayed a slight smile AND she even comforted Trankov ... WOW!

This unfortunate fall on the 3 Salchow Jessica Dube have shattered the hopes of podium Dube / Davison. It was a shame, because the program was fine. The positive is that the rest of the program has not necessarily suffered due to this fall. Unfortunately, this was not repeated in the free program when Jessica fell again on 3 Salchow ... and there, the program has suffered. And say that Zhang / Zhang had opened the door a little ... such a shame, because a performance at the 2010 Canadian championship they might have traced back to 4th place.

Dan Zhang / Hao Zhang failed to build on their beautiful property in the short program score. Errors here and there away have a chance to make the podium. Yuko Kavaguti / Alexander Smirnov experienced the nightmare in the free skate, after a short program tasty.

And what about the nightmare of Aliona Savchenko / Robin Szolkowy for the free program .... They were at 0.70 point Shen / Zhao after the short. Such a shame for this program which was great (remember their performance at Skate Canada 2009).

Pang Qing / Tong Jian have probably delivered the program free of their lives and were the only ones who own the top 5. All the technical elements were perfect .. and what about the interpretation of that was in the Pang your ... also a chance because I thought Tong lacked a little flavor. Their performance won them to the free program.

And what about Xue Shen / Hongbo Zhao ... Beautiful couple. In the short program, I was simply delighted. The free program was gone altogether to be superb too ... to an unusual error on their part raised a surprised them a little. However, their lead over Pang / Tong after the short program, which were about 5 points, probably saved.

Xue Shen / Hongbo Zhao, who are already legends in China, Chinese are the first pair to win Olympic gold. We can say that their coach, Yao Bin, has kept its promise to create a Chinese power in figure skating ... Who would have thought that the gentleman who was laughing at him as he will compete as a couple in the early 80's would have had 2 pairs medal at the Olympics 2010! Final result
